Description

Fused Quartz Wool(Silica Wool) is made of high purity silicon dioxide and natural quartz crystal. The content of SiO2 is over 99.99% and the dielectric coefficient is 3.74. It can be at 1100℃ working temperature and has a density of 2.2g/cm3 and resistance strength of 3790 MPa. It has a series of unique advantages such as excellent high temperature resistance, electrical insulation, low expansion coefficient, wave transmission, ablation resistance, etc. In addition, it is curl and reduces the excessive compression caused by filling.

Quartz fiber wool is composed of pure quartz fibers without binder. Other features like amorphous, continuous, globular, white, tasteless and volatile components.

Quartz glass wool can be at a long working time at 1100℃ and at 1500℃ in a short working time.

Application: Filling material for analytical instruments or laboratory small-scale devices, mounted in high-temperature reaction tubes to separate fix catalysts and adsorb impurities.
