How should I do if the products we have recieved do not match the samples?

Our company will be very serious to deal with this kind of problem. If it is because of our factory negligence, we will have no hesitation to resend replacements marked problem or all of goods. If the quartz products are damaged due to the shipping, we will actively claim to the shipping company and at the same time we resend the replacements.
